“Doc, my eleven year old retired racing greyhound, was in severe pain following a spine and hip injury.
“Fiona first came through our doors in June 2009, as a volunteer dog walker. However, at that time, little did we realize that she had so much more to offer the greyhounds in our care.
“Fiona took on a Polo Pony of mine, that was having trouble with lateral movement and she also had problems with engaging behind – key to fast stops and turns in Polo.
“My dog Jodie, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, had keyhole surgery to both of her elbows due to severe arthritis.
“We took a horse and disabled rider to the qualifying rounds for the Riding for the Disabled National Dressage Championships.
